TERMS

•A 50% deposit is required in advance in order to confirm your pet care booking. Half of this amount will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than five days in advance.  After this time, unfortunately no refund will be given.
• Bank Holidays will be charged at twice the usual rate
• Dog Walking fees are payable at the end of each week.  
• Please give a minimum of 24 hours notification if Dog Walking is not required on a specific day otherwise the full fee for that day will be payable.  
• If there will no one on your premises at the time of service, a set of keys should be made available to the petsitter beforehand.  The petsitter will be responsible for these keys.   
• The owner will be responsible for the cost of any veterinary  treatment  whilst the dog is in the care of Muttz 'n' More 
•Bitches in season will not be accepted for Dog Walking but a home visit service will be available if required.
•You must advise us of any behavioural issues or vices your dog may have.
•Dogs will only be able to free run after authorisation from the owner and at the discretion of the handler, otherwise they will be kept on a lead or long line at all times.
•The Handler may at their discretion reduce walking times if they feel this is in the best interest of the dog. (i.e. if the dog appears lame or unwell or due to adverse weather conditions)  
•A maximum of 4 dogs will be walked by one handler at one time .
•Dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with all flea and worm treatments.
• Please advise all relevant people (neighbours, friends etc)  that Muttz 'n' More  will be visiting the property in your absence.
• In the extremely unlikely event that Muttz 'n' More cannot honour your booking, upon your authorisation we will endeavour to find an alternative Pet Sitter or your monies will be refunded.
•We reserve the right to decline/terminate a booking under any circumstances.
